TfI routinely works with companies to integrate its technology into new and innovative solutions for partner companies. TfI is flexible in how it engages with customers although a typical co-development  is as follows:

Phase 1: Feasibility Study

• Collect and refine customer specifications;

• Analyze potential concepts;

• Technical summary of findings and CAD.

Phase 2: Simulation

• Conduct mathematical modelling of selected concept(s)     (e.g. CFD, FEA, Matlab);

• Iterate designs and present technical summary and CAD.

Phase 3: Prototype Build

• Design and build a prototype of the product concept;

• Prove concept, form, fit and function potential;

• Evaluate and refine product design requirements.
